You might not have heard our name before but we are not new to the electric industry. Our parent company was formed in 2005 by a team of individuals with extensive years of experience in the industry. After three years of successfully participating in the Texas wholesale power market, we decided to launch Kinetic Energy to participate in the retail market. Our aim is to use our expertise to provide substantial cost savings to our customers. Our business model is simple: act with integrity, operate efficiently, and offer prices that reflect the wholesale market.

Integrity: Simply put, we will do what we say. We will treat each customer in a fair and respectful manner. We will not try to hide clauses in our agreements that allow us to shirk our responsibilities and we will not try to entice customers by showing prices that are artificially low, only to raise them before customers notice and can switch away.

Efficient operations: Out of necessity our wholesale business is designed to be as efficient as possible and we structure our retail business in the same manner. By avoiding needless layers of bureaucracy we can focus our efforts on what matters most: providing our customers with quality service at a fair price.
