Out of necessity, our wholesale business is designed to be as efficient as possible and we structure our retail business in the same manner. By avoiding needless layers of bureaucracy we can focus our efforts on what matters most: providing our customers with quality service at a fair price.

Simply put, we do what we say. We treat each customer in a fair and respectful manner. We don’t hide clauses in our agreements that allow us to shirk our responsibilities and we will not entice customers by showing prices that are artificially low, only to raise them before customers notice.

We update the price on our website often to reflect the prevailing market conditions. This allows us to hedge our commodity risk at levels consistent with our changing customer obligations. Therefore once you sign up as a customer of Kinetic, you don’t have to worry about us trying to alter the terms of our agreement because we have managed our risks from the beginning.
